A feature wall of fresh contemporary blue greets you as you enter this very large double bedroom and you think modern! Then your attention is drawn to the grand, Louis XI style double bed, richly decorated with inlaid wood and raised gold classical motifs, and you think antique! And you would be right on both accounts. This bedroom is an eclectic dream with the other furniture curiosities, statues, jazz themed pictures and chrome bathroom fittings, you will be aware l'Hirondelle du Lac is not your average bed and breakfast experience. The room offers excellent views of the historic town and tower of Peyrat-le-Château which only adds to its appeal.
